This was a logo design to commemorate the final season of the New York Islanders at Nassau Coliseum. The logo was used as a patch that was worn on the uniforms for the entire season. It was also used on pucks, t-shirts, hats and other memorabilia. The logo celebrated the Islanders history in the building and the 4 Stanley Cup's they won while calling the Coliseum home.
